Pat is officially back on the TPC mat. It was great having him back home. I look forward to the lessons to come and most certainly the stories.
Hawk will be teaching a self-defense class every Thurs 6pm-7pm. Individuals interested in just strictly attending the self-defense classes will recieve a special rate of $59 a month.

It's good to have you back. Your like a walking instructional video library. Also, thanks for the "back to you" side control escape. TPC is blowing up in 09'.
