Registration is open. I am pretty sure I am going to this one. It might just be me and my old man again like at Mundials!

Got my plane ticket, rental, and room all reserved. It is just me and my dad Bubba going unless somebody else jumps on board!

Well I did not do as good as I wanted.
The first day I got Carlos Diego from Amazonas Academy in the open. His guard was crazy good and he kept my arms tied very well. We went to time and he whooped me 12-0!!
The next day I was amped and ready to avenge my loss. There was only one match against Raul Castillo from Half Moon MMA. At the 5 min mark we were still tied 0-0. Then I got tired!! At 7 mins he passed my guard and caught me with a paper cutter choke from crossbody!
This was definately not my best performance but as always I am a better competitor and instructor from the experience. At this level this is NO room for any kind of error. My nerves and adreline drained me from having to wait till 5pm to compete. I am going to use this tournament for fuel and do better at the No-Gi Worlds in 3 weeks in Long Beach, Ca!

Learning from a loss outweighs learning nothing from a win in my honest opinion. They had to have been awesome to beat you in the first place.
