Not much information right now other than a date but I will more than likely be going to compete in this one and it would be great to have a few TPC guys go represent with me!

We are taking a team of 6 individuals to this tournament! The guys chosen are students who have shown a extreme interest to compete, attend class regularly, have seniority on the mat, and have agreed to commit to certain obligations concerning training, participation, and expenses.
1 Jason Ebarb 2 Jody Wilson 3 Trevor Rogers 4 Randy Dorrell 5 Buddy Lightfoot 6 Taylor Montgomery
We will be looking for sponsorships and conducting events at the TPC HQ academy to help raise money for everyone's plane ticket to be covered and to help out with other expenses. Me and Randall will be conducting a 2 hour seminar and we will be having another in house tournament in August. All the funds raised in these events will go directly to the team! Anyone is more than welcome to travel with us but these individuals will be the ones included in the first ever TPC Sponsored Competition Team!

Taylor Monty-G lost in his first match via points. He had to close triangles but the guy managed to get out and pass for points.
Jody Wilson lost his first match via points keeping opponent at bay for the majority of the match with his guard.
Trevor Rogers won his first match via points. His second match was back and forth with his opponent scoring 2 points. With less than a minute left Trevor went all out to finish or land a sweep but ended up getting caught in an armbar.
Buddy Lightfoot won his first two matches via armbar! In the third match he lost to a well seasoned 2 year blue belt via points.
Jason Ebarb lost in the first rd of the open division via x choke from mount to a Xande Black Belt Matt. The next day in my weight division I won the first round 4-2 in a close match to another Xande Black Belt Rizzado. I got a bye to the finals because my next opponent withdrew due to a knee injury. I lost in the finals to Tony Eduardo from Gracie Florianopolis 6:30 in via armbar from his guard. The score was 0-0. I took 2nd place.
Everyone looked great. We prepared ourselves as best as we could and everybody competed with all their hearts. It was an awesome experience!!!
